Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and sxi6 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "sxi6") governing your access to and use of the sxi6 website at sxi6.cam, including all associated gaming, wagering, promotional and account-management services offered therein.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use sxi6.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the full agreement between you and sxi6.

Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms unless context requires otherwise:

Account Eligibility

To open and maintain an Account on sxi6, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction — at the time of registration. We operate a strict adults-only policy. Underage gambling is illegal and we will take all reasonable steps to prevent it, including mandatory age-verification checks.
• Jurisdictional compliance: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of sxi6 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal capacity: You must be legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Personal use: You must be acting on your own behalf, not as an agent for or on behalf of any other person or entity.
• Not self-excluded: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from sxi6 or any other gaming operator in a manner that would make your registration incompatible with responsible-gambling obligations.

Registration & Accounts

Registration on sxi6 requires you to provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid contact email address. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one Account on sxi6. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, sxi6 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold Bonus Funds and, at its discretion, withhold winnings generated while the breach was in effect.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. sxi6 will treat any activity conducted through your Account as authorised by you unless you have previously notified us of a security breach.

KYC Verification: sxi6 may require you to complete identity and age-verification checks (KYC) at any stage, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Requested documents may include government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on sxi6 are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is as stated in the cashier at the time of transaction. Illustrative examples in promotional material (such as PKR 1,000) are indicative only.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used by the Account holder for deposits, subject to KYC verification being satisfactorily completed.
• Processing times: Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier. sxi6 does not guarantee any specific processing timeline.
• Minimum withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal threshold applies and is communicated in the cashier. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• Currency: All transactions are denominated in PKR. No foreign-exchange fees are applied by sxi6; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own conversion or service charges.
• Source of funds: sxi6 may request evidence that deposited funds originate from a legitimate source as part of its compliance obligations.
• Dormant accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. An administrative maintenance fee, as notified to you, may be applied to dormant Account balances after appropriate notice.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules govern the placement and settlement of all bets and wagers placed on the sxi6 Platform:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation from the Platform. sxi6 is not liable for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on your end.
• Odds accuracy: While sxi6 makes every effort to display accurate odds, bets placed at odds that are demonstrably erroneous due to a technical or pricing error may be voided. You will be notified and your stake refunded.
• In-play betting: In-play markets may be suspended at any time. In-play bets placed after an event's outcome is determined but before the market is suspended may be voided at sxi6's discretion.
• Cricket markets: PSL, ICC T20 and bilateral series markets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Abandoned or shortened matches are settled in accordance with the specific market rules displayed in the sportsbook.
• Maximum payout: A maximum payout cap applies per event and per betting type. The applicable limit is displayed in the sportsbook or casino game interface.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided where an event is cancelled, a market is suspended or an error in odds or pricing is identified. Voided bets result in a full stake refund to the Account.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on sxi6 are subject to these general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering / Rollover requirements: All Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30×).
• Maximum bet during bonus: While Bonus Funds are active, a maximum single-bet limit applies (typically in the range of PKR 500 per round). Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• Game contribution: Different game types contribute differently toward clearing wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino may contribute less. Contribution rates are published in the applicable promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the time period stated in the promotion (typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of credit). Expired bonuses are forfeited.
• Sticky vs. non-sticky: Where a bonus is designated "sticky", the bonus credit itself is not withdrawable. Only net winnings derived from bonus play (above the original bonus amount) are subject to withdrawal after wagering is complete.
• Maximum cash-out: Winnings attributable to Bonus Funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawable cap. Where applicable, this cap is stated in the promotion terms.
• One bonus per promotion: Each promotion may be claimed once per eligible Account unless stated otherwise. Multi-accounting to claim the same promotion multiple times is prohibited and will result in Account suspension.
• sxi6 reserves the right to modify, withdraw or cancel any promotion at any time, including in response to evidence of abuse or misuse.

Responsible Gambling

sxi6 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to minimising the risk of gambling harm. The following tools are available to all registered Users through the Account dashboard at no cost:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly PKR caps on how much you can deposit.
• Loss limits — cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session time limits — set a timer after which the Platform will automatically end your session.
• Reality checks — receive on-screen notifications at regular intervals reminding you of elapsed session time.
• Self-exclusion — voluntarily lock your Account for a defined period. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed until the chosen period expires.
• Account cooling-off — take a short break from the Platform without permanently closing your account.

sxi6 strongly discourages chasing losses. Betting more than you can afford to lose in an attempt to recover previous losses is a recognised warning sign of problem gambling. If you believe your gambling behaviour is causing harm to yourself or others, please use the self-exclusion tool immediately and seek independent support.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on sxi6 and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and/or forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Exploiting errors in software, odds feeds or promotional systems ("bug abuse").
• Creating multiple Accounts to abuse bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
• Using another person's payment method or Account credentials without their explicit consent.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud or any other unlawful financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, disassemble or copy any part of the Platform's software or Content.
• Posting, transmitting or distributing harmful, defamatory or offensive content through any Platform communication feature.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law while knowingly misrepresenting your location.

Intellectual Property

All Content available on sxi6 — including but not limited to graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, odds data, software and site architecture — is the property of sxi6 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any part of the Platform's Content without express prior written consent from sxi6.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sxi6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data or loss of opportunity.

sxi6 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free or free of harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may temporarily interrupt access. sxi6 will use reasonable efforts to notify Users of scheduled downtime in advance where practicable.

sxi6 is not responsible for any third-party services — including payment providers such as those referenced contextually on this Platform (Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) — for their availability, errors, fees or terms of service.

Suspension & Termination

sxi6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account where:

• A breach of these Terms is detected or reasonably suspected.
• KYC or source-of-funds documentation is not provided within a reasonable period.
• Fraudulent, deceptive or illegal activity is identified.
• A self-exclusion request is received from the Account holder.
• A legal or regulatory obligation requires it.

Where an Account is closed due to a User-side breach, sxi6 may withhold Bonus Funds and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is proven, may withhold real-money balances pending investigation. Legitimate real-money balances — where no breach is established — will be returned to the User via the original deposit method following the completion of applicable checks.

Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting sxi6 support. Pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the ordinary course provided KYC obligations are satisfied.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sxi6 holds its operating license. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

sxi6 does not represent that the Platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions, including Pakistan. Pakistani users are reminded that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 restricts gambling activities within Pakistan. This is not legal advice. Users are responsible for seeking independent legal advice regarding their local obligations before using the Platform.

Amendments

sxi6 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, sxi6 will provide reasonable prior notice to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

The version date displayed at the top of this page ("Last Updated") indicates when the most recent revision took effect.
